Merging Creativity with Science, Service and Communication
Graphic design and the creation of reports and marketing materials is an area where my passion for science and service intersects with my inner artist. All throughout my leadership and professional endeavors I have tried to take on creative design tasks; this has allowed me to explore and develop a more visual layer of my work.
In this page you will find work samples that showcase my experience with report writing, editing and graphic design.
Wine To Water: An International Nonprofit Focused on Creating Sustainable Solutions for Communities that Lack Access to Clean Water.
The document below is an information package that I developed for the Florida International University (FIU) Wine To Water chapter, an organization that I was the vice-president for two years during my time at FIU. Working with this organization inspired me to be an active citizen and helped me see how science is relevant to service and how knowledge can be used to help communities all over the world. As part of my role in this organization I was involved in creating a variety of marketing and information documents for education, community outreach and fundraising. Through this work I polished report editing, graphic design and writing skills.
